German pro Fedor Holz (cover image) has to undoubtedly be one of the busiest retirees in the history of poker. After coming back from retirement, Holz has amassed over $3 million in cashes this year already and also introduced the Primed Mind mobile app.

This time Holz makes news for joining the likes of Sam Trickett, Marcel Luske, Boris Becker, John Lodden and Dzmitry Urbanovich as a Team partypoker Pro.

Mike Sexton joined partypoker as Chairman after leaving his position at WPT in May 2017, and in the past few months, the company has made a number of interesting decisions. They hired European Poker Tour founder John Duthie, updated their software, remodeled their VIP program and continue to expand their pro team.

partypoker now has two of biggest European live tournament winners of all time on their rooster in Holz and UK’s Sam Trickett. Holz has $23,354,887 in live tournament winnings while Trickett’s resume boasts of $20,625,658 in tournament cashes.

Holz announced the new association via a tweet from his official handle –

The tweet has already attracted some 900 likes and 103 retweets.

Holz’s first cash was way back in 2012, but he broke through in 2015 when he finished 25th in the WSOP Main Event. In 2016, he won the $111,111 High Roller for One Drop and has also won three WPT and three EPT titles and is one of the most successful high stakes tournament pros on the circuit today.
